The 4th International Conference on Construction and Building Engineering (ICONBUILD), featuring 12th Regional Conference in Civil Engineering (RCCE 2019) is a collaboration among Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Universitas Sriwijaya and JICA Project for AUN/SEED-Net aiming to bring together leading researchers, engineers, architects, scientists, and other professionals in various disciplines ofcivil engineering to share and explore more on innovative outputs in Construction and Building Engineering.
